Production and Processing Time Every item in our shop is meticulously hand-crafted to order. Because each collar is woven ring-by-ring to your exact specifications, our standard production time is 4 to 6 weeks before an item ships. We appreciate your patience while your bespoke gear is being built.

Shipping Origins and Carrier All orders are packaged securely and shipped directly from Tallinn, Estonia. We utilize tracked postal services and regional courier networks to ensure your package arrives safely and discreetly.

Estimated Shipping Windows Once your order has been crafted and handed over to the carrier, estimated delivery times are generally as follows:

• Estonia and Baltic Region: 2 to 5 business days

• Rest of Europe: 5 to 14 business days

• United States and International: 10 to 21 business days

Please note that these are estimates provided by the postal networks. Delays can occasionally occur due to customs processing or local postal bottlenecks.

Tracking Your Order As soon as your package ships, you will automatically receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number. This allows you to follow your package from our workshop in Tallinn directly to your door.

Customs, Duties, and Import Taxes For international orders shipped outside the European Union (such as to the United States, United Kingdom, Canada, or Australia), the buyer is solely responsible for any import duties, customs taxes, or carrier handling fees incurred upon arrival. We cannot predict or control these charges, as they are determined by your country's customs office.

Lost or Undeliverable Packages Please ensure your shipping address is fully correct and secure at checkout. We are not responsible for packages that are lost due to incorrect address entry, or packages marked as successfully delivered by the carrier that are subsequently stolen from your property.
