Because these pieces are custom-made to your exact specifications, we cannot accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once production has begun. All sales are final.

EU Consumer Law Exemptions In accordance with European Union consumer protection regulations, the standard 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply to goods made to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalized.
